Tasks
- Provide customer support by phone and email
- Manage travel service (hotel, transfer, attraction) bookings
- Resolve customer issues and complaints
- Manage and review contracts
- Handle special offers, stop sales
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian (both spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of English
- Attention to details
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Customer-oriented communication skills
- Ability to work on Saturdays (depends from agreement)

Hotelston aims to provide the best price and after-sale support for travel business professionals as well as end-customers.
Currently 12 people work in the Customer Support Department and we are looking for another 2 Italian B2B Customer Support Specialists and team players to join our crew.
