Tasks

  • Provide customer support by phone and email
  • Manage travel service (hotel, transfer, attraction) bookings
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints
  • Manage and review contracts
  • Handle special offers, stop sales

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian (both spoken and written)
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Attention to details
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Customer-oriented communication skills
  • Ability to work on Saturdays (depends from agreement)

Hotelston aims to provide the best price and after-sale support for travel business professionals as well as end-customers.

Currently 12 people work in the Customer Support Department and we are looking for another 2  Italian B2B Customer Support Specialists and team players to join our crew.
