IT Support Specialist

Tasks
- Provide technical support to Hotelston customers as well as colleagues in the company
- Provide technical support by email
- Utilize helpdesk and issue management systems to track tasks
- Identify trends in support requests and recommend systemic and proactive solutions to mitigate issues
- Monitor and maintain health of Hotelston services
- Assist in Hotelston IT projects
Requirements
- Good spoken and written English (mandatory)
- Basic programming skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Problem solver attitude
