Account Manager for Baltics & Ukraine

Vilnius/Lithuania

Tasks

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of B2B clients including travel agencies and tour operators in the Baltics and Ukraine
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Contact the inactive clients by phone calls
  • Provide product training, onboarding support, and ongoing assistance to clients
  • Monitor account performance and proactively address client needs and escalations
  • Maintain accurate records through CRM and back-office tools

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or B2B sales
  • Fluent in English and Russian (mandatory)
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with computers
  • Well-organized, proactive, and client-oriented
  • Based in Vilnius (or within 100km radius) (mandatory)
