Account Manager for Baltics & Ukraine
Vilnius/Lithuania
Tasks
- Manage and develop a portfolio of B2B clients including travel agencies and tour operators in the Baltics and Ukraine
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Contact the inactive clients by phone calls
- Provide product training, onboarding support, and ongoing assistance to clients
- Monitor account performance and proactively address client needs and escalations
- Maintain accurate records through CRM and back-office tools
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or B2B sales
- Fluent in English and Russian (mandatory)
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with computers
- Well-organized, proactive, and client-oriented
- Based in Vilnius (or within 100km radius) (mandatory)
