Sales & Account Manager for Baltics & Ukraine

Tasks
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing travel agents and tour operators in the Baltics and Ukraine, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify and develop opportunities for upselling additional services and products
- Proactively engage with accounts to understand their evolving needs and provide solutions, ensuring they maximize the value from Hotelston
- Manage client portfolios through consistent communication, performance reviews, and strategic planning calls
- Provide customer relationship management, ensuring timely and effective resolution of any client inquiries or issues
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Requirements
- Experience in account management or sales, client success, or a similar B2B relationship-focused role
- Fluency in English (mandatory) and Russian or Ukrainian to effectively communicate with clients in the region
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with proficiency in CRM tools
- A problem-solver attitude and ability to address client needs effectively
- Good computer skills
