Sales & Account Manager for Baltics & Ukraine

Tasks

  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing travel agents and tour operators in the Baltics and Ukraine, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify and develop opportunities for upselling additional services and products
  • Proactively engage with accounts to understand their evolving needs and provide solutions, ensuring they maximize the value from Hotelston
  • Manage client portfolios through consistent communication, performance reviews, and strategic planning calls
  • Provide customer relationship management, ensuring timely and effective resolution of any client inquiries or issues
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Requirements

  • Experience in account management or sales, client success, or a similar B2B relationship-focused role
  • Fluency in English (mandatory) and Russian or Ukrainian  to effectively communicate with clients in the region
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with proficiency in CRM tools
  • problem-solver attitude and ability to address client needs effectively
  • Good computer skills
