Junior Data Analyst

Tasks

• Analyse Hotelston reservation system data to improve operations
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and other data visualizations
• Identify data inconsistencies or anomalies and help resolve root causes
• Utilize helpdesk and issue management systems to monitor and resolve issues
• Provide technical support to Hotelston customers and internal teams via email only
• Collaborate with partners doing cross-analysis
• Assist in IT projects, including data integration and automation tasks
• Collaborate with teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insight

Requirements

• Good spoken and written English (mandatory)
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL (joins, queries, filtering, etc.)
• Understanding of data analysis concepts (KPIs, trends, data quality, etc.)
• Experience in data visualization and reporting
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, including advanced functions (pivot tables, lookups, macros)
• A proactive and analytical mindset with problem-solving attitude
• Attention to details and accuracy when working with data
