API Partner Account Manager

Tasks

• Manage, optimize and grow  Supplier and Client API connections
• Monitor KPIs and technical metrics to improve partner performance
• Collaborate with Sales and IT departments to solve technical issues and achieve business goals
• Evaluate products of potential suppliers and perform price benchmarking for existing suppliers’ products
• Overlook integration projects from the agreement till the launch of integration and beyond
• Key contact person for integration issues, product mapping and account optimization.
• Foster the development of new features and functionalities
• Build relationships with partners by engaging in weekly/monthly calls and attending industry events

Requirements

• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• At least 2 years working experience in project management
• Good computer skills
• Good analytical skills (Excel)
• Good communication, organizational and time management skills
• Proactive personality, problem solver attitude

Salary

• 2400 - 2900 EUR per month gross
