IT Support Specialist

Tasks

• Provide technical support to Hotelston customers as well as colleagues in the company
• Provide technical support exclusively by email
• Utilize helpdesk and issue management systems to track tasks
• Identify trends in support requests and recommend systemic and proactive solutions to mitigate issues
• Monitor and maintain health of Hotelston services
• Assist in Hotelston IT projects

Requirements

• Good spoken and written English (mandatory)
• Basic programming skills
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Problem solver attitude

Salary

• 1700 - 2100 EUR per month gross
